The DECODE Way

For thirty years I have been dedicating my life exclusively to researching, practicing and teaching traditional techniques of mind and body improvement (Chinese Kung Fu, Qi Gong, Meditation and Yoga). I travelled all around the world to acquire more knowledge from the old masters' generation.

Thanks to these teachings, today we have trained thousands of students, and we have schools and teachers in several countries around the world.

No matter the discipline of origin: practitioners of Tai Ji Quan, Meditation, Yoga, Qi Gong, and various martial arts have been able to acquire a clear method with which to improve their way of practicing and improve themselves in different levels, accessing an ancient knowledge that without the right interpretation and presentation, would be incomprehensible to many.

Fabio

I have been teaching Qi Xing Tang Lang Quan,Tai Ji Quan and other martial systems for 25 years, and studying with masters that I recognize deeply, I have realized that Master D'Angelo provides me with a path that I had never seen in anyone before. His method is independent of styles and focuses on the essential of all systems – to build a martial body. The teaching we receive is sincere, there are no secrets, it is concrete, you can experience it from theory to practice.

Daniele

"I want to give my testimony of gratitude to the school and Master D’Angelo. I have been practicing martial arts for many years, I have followed many masters and practiced different styles. What I found in him and in his teaching goes far beyond style and technique, in fact there is much more ... try it to believe it. A real journey to discover yourself, where the only thing that matters is practice. There are no secrets and everything is done in daylight. A sincere teaching done with the heart, within the reach of everyone, beginners and experts.

Michelangelo

His approach does not indulge in the sterile perfecting of forms or postures, it tries to restore the instinctive vitality of the body, and really of the person who started from dark and rigid places, from the lead which is the material from which each draws its gold. Without dismissal and without pretence. The rest: well-being and martial ability follows naturally. Supported by the experiences of the practice and by the continuous theoretical references, in a continuous dialogue with the tradition approached philologically, all of these made me decide to start again from the beginning, even though I have practiced Taijiquan and Qi Gong for over twenty years.
